If you want to join the project, please don't apply via the GForge option, but try to get in touch with the work group (check documentation wiki, or our forum). if you want to post an issue into the tracker, please make sure you notice how this is done. Before you do, please read the documentation wiki (http://docs.joomla.org/Reporting_issues) for proper prioritize and categorize the issues.
