The 2.1 Stable version of JoomlaPack comes in two editions. The Free Edition has only the most important features and comes with an easy to use interface enabled by default. It is recommended for novices and people who only want to backup or transfer their site to a new host. The Special Edition, on the other hand, has everything, including the kitchen sink. It is intended for web professionals and people who need the more advanced features, such as database only backup, multiple database backup, advanced exclusion filters, off-site files inclusion, integrated restoration etc. Both editions support scheduled backup through CRON scripts and remote backup in conjunction with our JoomlaPack Remote desktop software.
