Olaf Dryja (http://www.olafdryja.de) has provided the german translation for the module as well as some contributions to the language management. I'm really thankful, and all the credit goes to him.
I've included the Spanish translation too.
No bugs so far but it's recommended to use this minor release because it supports language much better.

It displays a footer with a first
partial customizable line (Year and a
comment) and a second fully
customizable line (if nothing is
provided you can choose whether to show
